Kathy Deringer Duo

Kathy Deringer has been singing since childhood, and professionally for over 30 years. She has been the lead vocalist and “front woman” for various pop bands in South Florida, her hometown. She has also performed with The Palm Beach Orchestra, and has sung for The Chris Evert Tennis Open, The Cardinals, The Mets, and other large scale organizations. Her broad vocal range and style has also been a popular pick at hundreds of wedding ceremonies throughout the Southeast Coast. She has been a finalist for the Ms. Florida USA Pageant, a Miami Dolphin’s Cheerleader, a National Spokeswoman for Porsche and Subaru automobiles, and a Professional Model. She is a professional Voice-Over talent, a motivational speaker, and a published author. She also speaks both English and Spanish.

Kathy loves music and bringing people joy through sound. She has used her talents in many ways to work with the elderly, children, and those in need. She is a common face on stage at First Baptist Church of Bluffton, and now calls the Lowcountry her home!

Roy Franco has been in the music business for over 40 years. As a bassist he's worked in the studio and on stage with many of the industries top artists including:

Stan Getz, Gerry Mulligan, The Drifters, Dione Warwick, Sarah Vaughn, Kenny Loggins, Barbara White, Charlies Singleton, .38 Special, and many more.

Roy is a composer and has scored commercial, television and film projects. As a pianist/keyboardist, Roy has played many of Bluffton and Hilton Head’s best venues, as well as, many affairs for the major plantations in the area. Roy is currently an endorsee for Spector Bass Guitars.
