Hilton Head Entertainment provides full service entertainment planning for groups and occasions of all sizes and needs. We service the major hotels, country clubs, outdoor venues including the beach, and people's homes, in the local area as well as the surrounding states.  

For weddings, we can assist with the pre-wedding party, the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony music with a string trio, harp, bagpiper, or piano player etc. and the band or DJ for the reception for dancing and introductions, and a piano player for brunch the next morning.

For a convention we can supply the welcome reception with a calypso band, a country band, a DJ, or a beach band, with a caricaturist, a clown, a magician and the formal evening with name entertainment, an excellent dance band or DJ, a comedian, magician, musical show etc. We can supply a solo to a 12 piece band.

The growing popularity of Hilton Head Island, as a premier meeting and wedding destination created a need for an island-based company specializing in experienced meeting planning and wedding planning with individualized attention. Hilton Head Entertainment was formed to provide this personalized attention and quality entertainment to its clients.

Hilton Head Entertainment will celebrate its 20th year in 2006. It runs deep with experience and knowledge in the both convention services and entertainment fields, with years of combined dedicated service to each. It is our goal to fulfill the needs of the client so that their expectations and the end results are one and the same.

Cherie Perigo, founder almost 20 years ago and owner, worked for Hyatt Hotels in Catering and Convention Services for 8 years before starting Hilton Head Entertainment. Being married to Larry, the leader of The Headliners/Dance Band has certainly made her aware of both ends of the spectrum. Cherie's emphasis is the entertainment for the conventions and country clubs, but also does weddings.

Kathy Burmeister has been with Hilton Head Entertainment 8 years in sales and office manager. Kathy sings in the Hilton Head Choral Society, The Hilton Head Chamber Singers, The Low Country Singers and has known to sing songs to brides over the phone when they do not know how they go. She is certainly an asset to Hilton Head Entertainment and is most helpful to clients and entertainers alike.

Jessica Jameson is the newest member of the sales staff and is a wonderful addition. Her emphasis is working with the bride on all facets of entertainment for the wedding week. Her background is hotel event planning and catering which is a plus when advising a bride on her music, set up and timing.
